Terms of Service

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, do not use the Services. Our services include our website (https://trinitypixels.com) and any AI-powered creative services we provide.

Trinity Pixels provides AI-powered advertising production and creative services. The specific scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement, which will be incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You may be required to register for an account to access some of our services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Our IP: We own all right, title, and interest in and to our Services, including all associated intellectual property rights. This includes our AI models, software, and website design.

Your IP: You retain ownership of any pre-existing materials you provide to us for use in a project ("Client Materials").

Deliverables: Upon full payment for a project, we grant you a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use the final creative assets ("Deliverables") we produce for you, for your business purposes. We retain the right to use the Deliverables in our portfolio and for our own marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in the SOW.

Fees for our services will be set out in the applicable SOW. Unless otherwise specified, payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trinity Pixels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Mumbai, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may modify the Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. If we do so, we’ll let you know either by posting the modified Terms on the Site or through other communications. It’s important that you review the Terms whenever we modify them because if you continue to use the Services after we have posted modified Terms on the Site, you are indicating to us that you agree to be bound by the modified Terms.
